Wow, it's confirmed as offical now, Britney Spears is working on her 6th Studio album. Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins, producer of Lonely, Overprotected Darkchild Remix, & I Love Rock N' Roll, has signed on to work on Britney's 6th studio album according to rap-up.com.

Producer Jim Beanz on working with Britney for her upcoming 6th studio album in a statement to Usmagazine.com said "Britney is amazing. Everyone has personal stuff, but a true professional doesn't bring it into the studio."

Rodney "Darkchild" Jerkins talks about working with Britney on her new album. "Very dancey, really uptempo. Ya know... in the clubs, real aggressive, and catchy. Very very very hook friendly," when asked about the track him and Britney worked on in the studio just 4 weeks prior. He continues to say she is very professional to work with, and excited that she is moving toward the right things. They are looking for an early 09 release?

Confirmed producers for the album thus far: Danja, Sean Garrett, JR Rotem, Guy Sigsworth, Damon Elliott, and Dallas Austin.

Also a world-tour is already being worked out? Venenoinc.com, a company that integrates large LCD screens, along with creating backdrops for major headlining tours, just added Britney to their list of clients. Venenoinc has produced stage material for A-listers like Celine Dion, Christina Aguilera, Madonna etc..
