Sam Lufti strange relationship with Britney Spears

PDF

sam_brit.jpg“Spears’ former assistant Kalie Machado told Rolling Stone that upon meeting him, Lutfi had presented himself to her as a private eye who had worked for Kevin Federline. Sands said he hadn’t heard about that.”

Sam came into Brit’s life just as Attorney Mark Vincent Kaplan would have been telling K-Fed that his chances of holding custody last August were slim to none unless he could prove Brit unfit…..and Sam enters Brit’s life October 2007 and began his work for K-Fed to make Brit look unfit…..K-Fed lied to the court claiming Brit was a cocaine addict and the court ordered random drug tests….Sam cut the phone lines and hid phone chargers…and Brit therefore missed the random drug test call (about 2 or 3 times) …all other random drug test calls were responded to and she was clean of illegal drugs….Sam was at the VMS’s with her and she looked drugged….now we hear that Sam was putting antipsyche meds in her food without her knowledge…….K-Fed went to court to insist that his kids not be swarmed by paprazzi….and Sam while working for K-FEd calls the paps daily to give Brit’s whereabouts…………Sam adds to her stress by hiding her dog, removing car batteries so she can’t leave without him ect ect ect. This boy is going to jail and with any luck they will prove K-Fed’s link and put him in jail too……for stealing Brit’s money…..drugging a person without consent….removing her property without consent…ect ect ect I can not wait to hear the fat lady (lady justice) sing!!!!

Britney Spears‘ estranged friend/advisor/manager Sam Lufti is reportedly connected with a new plot to free her from the control of her dad Jamie Spears.

After the original control order expired yesterday, Jamie and estate lawyer Andrew Wallet’s conservatorship of Britney was extended until at least the 10th March at a hearing in the Los Angeles County Superior Court. Her brother Bryan was also appointed as a co-trustee on Britney’s trust fund, authorising funds “to pay for Britney’s continued security, and to pay for her medicine, food, other day-to-day expenses and for psychiatric and other medical services.”

However Sam and his publicist Michael Sands are said to be working with a lawyer in New York who filed papers to request Britney’s conservatorship and custody cases are the jurisdiction of a federal court.

Lawyer John Eardley drafted the documents which claims Britney has been “stripped of her right to access counsel of her choosing… denied access to her motor vehicles… denied the right to associate freely with her friends [and] denied the right to her finances.”

“The deprivation of her civil liberties by the conservator is so severe as to interfere with the effectiveness of the scheduled medications that are covered by the Food, Drug and Cosmetics Act.”

The document goes on to request the protection of a federal court for Britney as “It is doubtful that Ms Spears can receive equal protection and a fair trial or hearing in the [current] custody proceedings because of the intense media scrutiny of what would normally be private aspects of a person’s life.”

A source told OK magazine that Sam was prompted to ask because he’s “upset .. he can’t see Britney and have her pay him money. If Sam gets paid, then he can pay the lawyer and Sands. It’s all ludicrous.”

“I’d be willing to bet that aside from Sam and Sands grandstanding on the courthouse steps, this is the last we hear about it.”

Britney Spears is desperate for California governor Arnold Schwarzenegger's help in her ongoing custody battle, according to reports.

The singer - whose lawyers from legal firm Trope & Trope last month filed a motion requesting permission to withdraw as her counsel - allegedly believes her inability to keep an attorney in her custody case with ex-husband Kevin Federline violates her "civil rights".

Spears' estranged manager Sam Lutfi reportedly contacted Schwarzenegger's former publicist to help put the 26-year-old in touch with the state commander.

A source tells the New York Daily News: "Britney says her civil rights have been violated and she wants to talk to Arnold about it.
